Here, you will find all the resources and instructions needed to successfully conduct a Dual Color CRISPRkit experiment. This two-day experiment is designed to be both engaging and efficient.

Day 1: Experimental Setup (30 minutes)
You will carry out the CRISPR experiment by adding all necessary components to the reaction.

Incubation time: 24-48 hours

Day 2: Experiment Analysis (15 minutes)
You will analyze your results. Using CRISPectra, you will evaluate gene expression and observe the impact of CRISPR on the target red and yellow chromoprotein genes.
